The Austrian Institute of Ecology co-ordinates the Joint Project.

Objectives

The Joint Project has two objectives

1. The establishment of an International Working Group dedicated to strengthening a sustainable and reactive antinuclear movement in Central Europe, and
2. Implementation of joint activities of the participating organizations

Content

The group facilitates the exchange of information and best practices through several tools including

• regular meetings and
• web based tools.
• Furthermore, the working group serves as a resource pool to bring in experts and other stakeholders to increase the level of expertise of members.
• The joint project 2010/2011 focusses on providing information on the Aarhus convention as a tool for combating the use of nuclear energy
